Illinois Prairie Path: Founder’s Park Improvements/Viewing Event – Wheaton

**PUBLIC WELCOME**
Please join us this Saturday, June 2, 2018, 10:00 AM at Founder’s Park in downtown Wheaton to recognize and thank the Wheaton Garden Club for their donations to the IPP with said funds used for improvements to the park.
Founder’s Park is located next to the sidewalk section of the Illinois Prairie Path just east of West Street on Liberty Drive on the south side of the railroad tracks with a clear view of the Wheaton Train Depot.
Improvements include relocation of the park bench, painted signage, added flagstone for a larger resting area used for bikes or strollers, and cleanup and regular maintenance of the Prairie plants for fresh growth.
