Partners in Mission: Annual Bike Ride

Please note that this is not an Illinois Prairie Path event but may be of interest to IPP members & users especially because a good portion of the ride will be on the Path.

This year we’re riding to support a multi-year project to build a new Carpentry and Welding Shop on the campus of Kamwenge Secondary and Vocational School in Uganda.
Carpentry students now work in a shed with open-slat walls which was one of the first buildings constructed in 2007 when the school opened with 22 students. Since that time, the school has grown to serve over 1,000 students.
